A huge thanks to Tony in particular for sorting out my 2 year and bit old LG dishwasher. It had not been performing that well ....really ever I have been very disappointed with it and having had dishwashers for nearly 50 years I felt qualified to know when they do and don't work. After a service call in the last month of the warranty revealed nothing major things got worse. Tony came and checked it out and suggested despite being out of wty try LG as it should work for longer that 2 and a bit years- LG stumped up the parts and labour and it was repaired just before I went away for 7 weeks. Now I am back and it is like new -well actually better; making me think the motor was dodgy all along. Thanks so much for the great advice and service!

Getting a bit older I didn’t get to hear the young man’s name who came and fixed our Bosch dishwasher today, but he was right on point he opened the dishwasher door and said you more than likely have this problem, he did the test which only took seconds and quickly had the machine apart and showed me the problem. It was all done within ten minutes because he had the part in the vehicle and all I can say is I thought I was going to be up for $100s of dollars but that wasn’t the case. Even though he showed me what he did if I have any future worries with other appliances I will call Tsvapplianceservice as the hands are not to steady. Thank you because when we were without the dishwasher boy it was hard to get anyone to do the dishes
